If you’ve ever had the joy of being in the company of Ashley Pickel – either while she mixes you a drink at Paddy’s or as the host of Comedy & Cocktails – you were likely smiling. Pickel has hosted Comedy & Cocktails at The Church at Paddy’s for about 10 months. She is a comic and says, “I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The more genuine and real the topic, the more people connect to it, find humor, and laugh.” She considers her Thursday night audience as “Mature, and it shows. Everyone has a good time regardless of who is on stage.”
