Andrian Warwick and The Several Devils

Art comes in many forms. From oil to acrylic painting, tattoos to music, and a little digital art, Adrian Warwick is a true artist. The Fayetteville native finds painting meditative. “Art is something I go within myself to create. I enjoy the release it gives me and the emotion it stirs in others.” For 25 years Warwick has been a tattoo artist. He has been the co-owner of NEW Addiction Tattoo for the past 10 years. Though he has been living in the mountains of North Carolina for the last 3 years, he is back in Fayetteville every other week to tattoo.
In addition to visual artistry, Warwick is the frontman of The Several Devils, a Southern blues rock band. The band was formed in the summer of 2009 in a hot tobacco barn in Grays Creek, North Carolina. He is the lead singer and plays guitar in the band. “Music is more communal for me,” Warwick shares. “I enjoy creating with my band. When we are on the same wavelength there’s nothing that compares to it.”
Warwick cites “The connection to the community,” as a major reason he likes Art Attack which is held every Wednesday at The Church Entertainment Lounge. The Several Devils has booked shows at Paddy’s for the past 10 years and is a spot they always look forward to playing.
