Since joining our team, chef and kitchen manager David Sears has breathed new life into our food offerings. With his expertise and passion for creating delectable dishes, Chef David has crafted a menu that takes Paddy’s to another level. In an exclusive interview, Chef David shared his inspiration behind the menu updates and the new additions. Drawing from his culinary experiences, he has masterfully crafted dishes that pay homage to traditional Irish pub fare while incorporating innovative twists that will leave you craving more.
Along with our scrumptious new food offerings, we have also updated our enticing array of cocktails. Our team takes pride in the craft of mixology, ensuring each cocktail is a work of art. Under the guidance of the talented Erin Burkett, they have curated an exciting new cocktail menu that perfectly complements our food offerings. Summery and refreshing, the new cocktails are a celebration of fresh ingredients that capture the essence of the season. One of the highlights includes "Forbidden Fruit," which emerged victorious from last year’s mixology competition at Paddy’s. It was created by our own mixologist extraordinaire, Braxton Hockaday.
We have also embraced modern twists on classic cocktails. Sip on the enticing "Irish Maid," savor the delightful "Aperol Spritz," or indulge in our "fine-tuned" Old Fashioned – each crafted with love and a touch of innovation.
