Your older brother sounds like the creep and the weirdo. I think what you are really asking is if it’s normal to get an erection in an environment where it’s unwanted or not practical – yes, it is. You’re a 19-year-old male; a stiff breeze probably does the trick. You need to learn how to speak to a woman before you introduce that thing in your pants to the party. Most women like men who are honest and trustworthy. Also, be dependable and genuine – always speak from your heart. Don’t forget to be clean and presentable, and make sure you have fresh breath. You’ll be in the saddle before you know it.
